International is in our name, but we are very much local too. We take great joy in serving our neighbors through not only FDA-approved products and special services, but also through thoughtful, responsive customer service.
We serve individuals and communities within the United States by providing the following services to other 501(c)3 organizations:
1. Offering Free Shipping
As a non-profit, we understand that our partners are working with donated funds. We want those funds to help people through medications—not to go toward things like shipping. That's why we cover the cost of domestic standard shipping on every order.

2. Providing Disaster Relief
When hurricanes, tornadoes, fires, or other disasters occur within the United States, Blessings International responds quickly and effectively to equip response teams with medical items. These include first aid kits, hygiene kits, supplies, and essential medications.

3. Accommodating Special Requests
We keep a regular formulary of essential and specialty medicines, but we understand that not every specialty item will be found on our catalog.
That's why we offer special request inquiries. Partners can ask us about pricing and availability of these special items, and we'll do our best to quote and supply these items on a case-by-case basis.

4. Supplying Pregnancy Resource Centers
We offer prenatal vitamins, medical supplies, and medications to US-based pregnancy resource centers so that they can serve mothers and children from conception to birth...and beyond!
Thanks to our generous USA-fund donors, we're able to help PRCs by offering significant discounts as funding is available.

5. Equipping Charitable Clinics
Charitable clinics are safety nets for people who have little or no insurance.
We help keep these charitable clinics equipped for staff needs (supplies, personal protective equipment, instruments, etc), as well as pharmaceuticals, vitamins, and over-the-counter medicines for patients.
Also, thanks to our generous donors who give to the USA fund, we're able to provide regular discounts for our partners serving vulnerable patents within the United States.

6. Stocking Charitable Pharmacies
Pharmacies literally save lives, and when someone cannot afford their prescriptions, they can turn to charitable pharmacies for essential medications for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and other critical conditions. Blessings International is there to keep these pharmacies stocked at all times with a regular formulary.
Also, as with US-based clinics and PRCs, we're able to provide discounts to American charitable pharmacies as funding is available.
