If you have been following the last couple of newsletters, you know that Blessings has embarked on a journey to help with our future sustainability. So far, we have talked about remembering Blessings in your will with a Bequest Gift and leaving a legacy of hope and healing by using your Donor Advised Fund.
In the third step of this journey, I want to share with you ways you can support us with your IRA. If you are over 70 ½, you can send up to $108,000 a year in distributions directly to Blessing from your traditional IRA, and these distributions will not be taxable income to you. You can also name Blessings International as a beneficiary on your IRA.
An IRA is another simple way to continue your legacy of generously giving to heal the hurting by providing life-saving pharmaceuticals, vitamins, and medical supplies all around the world for generations to come. You can find more information about IRA gifts on our Get Involved page.
