If you had to compare yourself to a TV-show character, who would you be, and why?

If I had to compare myself to a TV show character, I would say Temperance "Bones" Brennan from the show Bones. We are both introverted, quiet, and love to do research.

Describe the part you play at Blessings:

My job here at Blessings is to repackage and label medicines so they are ready to be shipped to our customers.

What is your favorite aspect of your job?

Something I love about my job is that each day is a little different, but what I love most is knowing that the medicines that I bottle and label are going to help people all over the world that are in need.

The smerf suit! A "perk" reserved for the production team.
Where have you served in a missional capacity?

I have never served on a mission trip, but I hope that one day I will get the opportunity to.

Where/How would you like to serve in the future?

I would love to serve in Italy or in the United States on a medical mission trip or a building project. I love to be hands-on and I really enjoy helping people. My husband and I went to Italy for our honeymoon and fell in love with the people, the culture, and the history there. So one day I would like to go back and volunteer.

What was your last staff devotional about?

My last staff devotional was shortly after the new year began so I read a devotional about the joy of new beginnings and taking notice of all the beautiful creations that God has put here for us to enjoy.

The wearing of the green - St. Patrick's Day breakfast, 2020.
What is your best memory here at Blessings?

I have lots of wonderful memories here at Blessings, but if I had to choose one, I would say St. Patrick's Day. We celebrate a little differently here at Blessings International. On that day we gather for breakfast. However, Barry and the managers cook and serve the food to the rest of the staff. It's a day for them to show their gratitude towards us. It's a fun day full of laughter and fellowship. Oh, and lots of green pancakes!
