Our staff was able to sit with a very abortion-minded mom who came in with her 15-year-old pregnant daughter. The mother was understandably upset about the pregnancy and the daughter was worried about how her mother was going to react.
The girl's mom was feeling overwhelmed and just needed someone to process all of this with. The Lord brought her peace and hope as they sat and talked and prayed.
She wept as she saw her grandchild on the sonogram screen.
With support, the mother accepted the daughter’s pregnancy and they chose life. She wept as she hugged her daughter and told her that she could keep her baby and she would support her and be there for her.
As she was leaving, she told our staff, “Wow, I really do feel better. I really am okay.”
